We offer same-day deliveries, for in-town requests. Anywhere 50 miles or more from Columbus, OH gets scheduled according to availability.
For deliveries prices can be final. However if the item(s) listed or the pick up/drop-off do not match the description the price can be updated according to the matter at hand. (For example: 3 flights of stairs was not included + $10 per floor will be added to the total balance and will be due by at the end of service)
For junk removal we send estimates and it will be in a range (ex. $150-350) if there aren’t any pictures or enough details for us to provide you with a more solid number. Even with a solid number it is an estimate and is subject to change if the item(s) and/or location described does not match what was on the work order. We will either add to the total or reduce from the amount agreed upon. It is important to be as accurate as possible for a smooth and seamless process.
There are several ways to complete this task.
A) Click the ”Pay Now“ button to make a payment after scheduling for services

B) Pay by phone with a contractor or an agent
Or
C) Pay at the pick-up location upon completion of the service. A link will be provided to you. Please fill out all necessary information in order to minimize delay and process the payment.
We accept cash, check, money order, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Debit/Credit, Zelle, Cash App, etc.
To book a team member for one or more of our services you can either call 1(877) 596-1918 or scroll down to the “Online Appointments” section, click on the service(s) you’re inquiring about and you’ll be directed to our calendar this allows you input all necessary information. Once that’s completed expect to be contacted within 24 hours.
If you want to be more detailed you can scroll down and choose a service. You can click the one that best meets your needs and you’ll be taken to your default email. Please include all necessary information, such as the name of the person on the account, details of the item(s) you’d like to have picked up or hauled away. This includes size (dimensions), weight, stairs, steps or anything that would hinder a smooth process. Photos would also be a great deal of assistance. Hit submit and our team will review and contact you within 24 hours.
Logging in the correct data is essential. A smooth and seamless process is extremely important to and for both parties. So please try to be as accurate as possible when submitting your inquiries.
